Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Loopway (the "App"), developed by Cole Mueller. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which applies unless a separate agreement is provided here.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.

3. Subscriptions

Loopway offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly through your Apple ID:

• Remove Ads — removes advertising from the App.
• Power-up plans (Power-up Starter, Power-up Plus, Power-up Unlimited) — grant recurring in-game power-ups; only one power-up plan may be active at a time.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in Settings > [your Apple ID name] > Subscriptions on your device, or via the in-app link to subscription management. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to the paid feature until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to harass or abuse others, attempt to circumvent nickname moderation, reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with matchmaking or races for other players.

5. User content

The only user-generated content in the App is your chosen nickname, which is subject to automated moderation and may be rejected or changed if found inappropriate.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence, including EU/UK consumer law if you're located in the EEA or UK, or California consumer law if you're a California resident.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
